Job Duties:

• Responsible for business development aspect of factory solutions for North Asia region with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation. The role will balance project leadership, vendor management and customer management to grow our sales funnel.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Help Sales team to identify business opportunities.
• Explore new technology especially on hardware / automation in the industry and turn them into our solution
• Work with commercial, innovation and support team on commercial package of the new solution
• Provide broad support to sales teams of the sales process as technical consultant, i.e. business case validation, requirements gathering, demonstration and RFPs;
• Vendor management and be the main point of contact from AD
• Work with project streams in developing factory solutions and ensuring successful project delivery;
• Stay close to market and understand key competitors/alternatives.

WHAT WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering with 3 years of solid experience including minimum 1 year in sales & marketing
• Solid experience on consultant / pre-sales especially in garment manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Excellent client engagement, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to make use of new technology and turn it into a solution
• Ability to sell technical solutions and ideas to technical customer.
• Strong selling, consulting and negotiation skills
• Details-oriented, customer-focused, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines
• Willing to travel around 30% of the time
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Station in Nansha, China
