PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

主要工作职责：

1.Work across functional groups (ie: Supply Chain Planning, Operation, GCM, Global 2.Purchasing buyers and planner, Warehouse, etc.) to monitor and analyze buffer strategies in both SKU level and Components levels and follow up executions

3.Work with Purchasing buyers and planner to find areas of opportunity for Supply Lead time 4.Reduction for all WDC Commodities and set goals for respective commodities

5.Design and Analyze Overall Global Purchasing Report consolidations and Management Dashboards

6.Facilitate global purchasing training and team competence development programs

7.Coordinate and follow up overall cross functional process related to Buffer strategy and Short 8.Lead time Program executions

9.Provide regular progress, status for Strategy buffer Targets vs Actuals, as well as Short Lead time Programs; and follow up and escalate any delays and risks in executions

REQUIREMENTS

职位要求：

1.Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any field).

2.Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience (preferably in Purchasing or Inventory Management role

3.Effective communicator in written and oral form

4.Strong negotiation, analytical, problem solving skill

5.Well versed with Microsoft Office Application (ie: Microsoft Excel, Power Point)
