岗位职责：

1、遵循中心教学计划和原则，为学员教授英语课程，把关教学质量；

2、关心学员学习进度、积极反馈有关情况，跟进后期续费和转介绍工作；

3、与其他部门紧密合作，为现有学员和潜在学员提供优质的教学服务；

4、参与教学部教研及中心会议，不定期组织教学活动提升现有学员和潜在学员的满意度。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，英语专业或师范类专业，专八证书或雅思6分以上；

2、英语读、写能力强，口语流利、发音标准，有K12教学经验者优先；

3、持有教学资格证，能够教授正式课程及试听课程，能制作教学资料；

4、具备良好的沟通素养、较强的人际交往能力和服务意识；

5、具有团队合作和创新意识，掌握使用Microsoft Office办公软件。
