岗位职责：

1.按照上级制定的市场拓展计划和业绩目标，全面开拓市场和业务渠道，对业绩负责；

2.关注教育行业发展趋势及有关信息动态，协助上级制定线上、线下市场推广方案并实施具体工作，同时建立及维护所有可合作的  人脉资源，经营公共关系、实现业绩目标；

3.定期开展市场调查及分析、了解业内竞争对手动态，协助撰写调查及分析报告，为公司决策层提供参考数据；

4.配合其他部门协调有关工作，加强内部对接、推动公司整体运作效率，遵守公司各项管理制度和工作流程；

5.完成上级交待的其它重点工作。

 

任职要求：

1.大专或以上学历，市场营销类相关专业尤佳；

2. 3-5五年市场拓展或公共关系工作经验，有市场团队管理或教育行业经历者尤佳；

3. 具备较强的沟通、协调、数据分析能力，逻辑清晰，国语标准；

4. 具备较强的谈判技巧、市场洞察及拓展策划能力，熟悉各类媒体的应用方式尤佳；

5. 具有团队合作精神、责任心强，除了能高效配合部门工作外，能为企业发展方针献言献策。
