·       Cambodia shoe factory order and ontime delivery tracking.

·       Track Factory material input schedule, production plan, daily output. Work with factory solve any backlog.

·       Push and Ensure factory ontime delivery hit 95%.

·       Communicate with KEEN USA on any delivery delay issue, capacity issue.

·       Calculate any extra needed Rubber and EVA mold.

·       Seasonal base factory order allocation and capacity plan.

·       Weekly base report to Management on any delivery delay issue and solution.

·       Strong communication and negotiation ability

·       Strong responsibility and ownership. Result oriented.
