岗位职责：

一、对内日常事务：

1、统筹安排总裁的各项工作日程，并跟进处理相关事务；

2、负责总裁对内、对外各类文书的草拟工作；

3、筛选加工呈递总裁的各类资料、文件，并进行归档管理；

4、搭建顺畅的信息交流渠道，确保上情下达和下情上报；

5、参与收集政策、法规及公司内部雇员的合理化建议，提供信息、资料、文件等决策依据，以辅助管理决策。

二、对外公共关系：

1、协同总裁进行重要商务接待、商务谈判及外事活动；

2、协助处理公司与政府、行业组织、媒体、客户、合作伙伴的各项外联事务，促进各方的交流与合作；

3、参与建立完整、高效的外部关系网络，促进公司各战略计划的有效实施；

4、参与完善建立及维护关系网络的工作机制、工作规划和流程，以支持公司业务的持续发展。

6、参与挖掘、整合公司现阶段或未来所需的各项社会和行业资源。

任职要求：

1、工商管理专业本科及以上学历，具有海外留学背景及工作经验；

2、年龄约30岁，形象气质佳，具备优秀的职业素养；3年以上高层助理或总裁办综合管理相关经验，并具有高规格接待经验；

3、具有教育或留学经历、大型企业背景者优先考虑；

4、熟练使用办公软件，具有良好的中文读写能力，优秀的英语口语表达能力；

5、工作条理性强、计划周密，责任心强，认真细致，保密意识强。

6、持有驾驶证、能接受短期出差者优先。
