东莞招聘

岗位职责：

1、负责东莞校区课程渠道市场的开发和维护（主要方向个人渠道代理、学校渠道代理、商业机构等）

2、了解渠道客户需求，促进客户认知，与渠道销售招生互动，做好接待、拜访等工作；

3、建立并维持与渠道代理、学生及家长的关系，支持渠道代理的招生活动；

4、完成销售渠道的梳理、培训、优化工作、后期服务，独立发展推进渠道建设，管理和维护渠道体系；

5、完成公司规定的当月或季度、年度的预测，目标的制定及分解；；

6、及时完成上级领导下达的任务并随时汇报各项工作的进展情况。

任职资格：

1、专科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；应届毕业生优先。

2、有相关招生管理工作经历者优先；

3、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系，业绩优秀者优先；

4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；

5、有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力。

6、能接受出差和额外的工作安排。
