This position is responsible for： 本岗位主要职责包括：
1. Collect, prepare and analyze cost data收集分析成本有关数据
2. Identify and report variance确认和汇报成本差异
3. Participate in and verify physical inventory counts组织存货盘点
4. Set standard costs and valuation methodologies确定标准成本及计价方法
5. Work closely with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Engineering 协助采购部门，存货管理部门；生产部门及工程部门工作
6. Implement the appropriated policies and procedures to capture and account for the cost of goods sold, standard costs and variable operation costs实施相应的制度程序以正确的核算销售成本；标准成本及制造成本
7. Prepare month end journal entries and related account reconciliation制作与成本有关的分录并与总帐核对一致
8. Weekly score cards周管理评价报表
9. Assist Financial Manager in performing financial analysis and other ad hoc assignments协助财务经理完成财务分析及其他任务

Job Requirement 岗位要求

Abilities and skills: 能力和技能
1. Competencies and Qualifications Desired财务相关证书
2. Fluent spoken & written English skill熟练的英文口语及书写能力
3. Knowledge in SAP ERP system experience is a plus熟悉SAP或ERP系统

Experience, Education And Training Required ：工作经验、教育背景和所受培训：
1. Bachelor degree in finance and accounting subjects财务相关专业本科
2. Three years working experience in Accounting & Finance三年以上从业经验
3. Be familiar with standard cost and variance analysis is a plus熟悉标准成本和差异分析可优先.
