Extending of CMC project engineering role in plant, engineering link between CMC and plant

Take charge of engineering related support and issue analysis &solving for launch projects including BOM maintain, TRI elimination etc. In case of difficult/complex issue, need support from PE team.

Early involve and support PE team for developing project in plant start from DV sample build event, support sample builds, attend plant project meeting behalf of PE, initial analyze engineering related issues during developing.

Participate the project development and share the good lesson learns to PE

Support VAVE engineer to lead VA activity in plant for launch projects

Support PE for VE activity during developing

Create ECR/ECO for launch projects in plant, need approved by PE manager. In case of VAVE engineering change, need approved by SE manager.

Support quality department to solve the warranty issues.

Cooperation with other departments in plant during daily work

Undertake other tasks required form management.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. -Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
-More than 3 years working experience with automobile industry.

-Experience with vehicle moving parts. (Preferred; Sunroof Systems, Power Window Systems, Wiper systems, Door systems)

- Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF16949 and relative tools (Fish bone chart, 8D, etc.)

- Familiar with automobile production and plant process/procedure

- Good skills with problem solving

- Good communication skills with English and Chinese
- Good relationship ability, can deal with cross function task
- Good pressure management

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of top managers, clients, customers, and/or boards of directors.
