工作职责:

1.Take charge of the seller account on Amazon marketplace: add product and make it visible on Amazon detail page when new product released; Delete the product when it is out of stock.

2.Optimize product de"script"ion (Title, bullet point and search term etc) and update then in time when needed

3. Increase product exposure and improve the conversion rate with proper promotion deals and strategies; Achieve sales target

4.Provide sales forecast based on market research; Control inventory cycle with smart replenishment plan

5.Collect & Analyze marketing information; Work out development sales plan for releasing of new products, update the pricing and key words in time when needed

6.Ensure account health and high rating on product reviews

7.Provide good customer service support including answering customer enquiries, providing after sales service and handling on customer complaints in time; solve the dispute in a proper way when occurred

8.Work out sales report; Communicate with supply chain and the financial department when needed to ensure sufficient inventory for top selling product

任职资格:

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree + in any major is welcome

2.Excellent in written and spoken English, CET-6/TEM- 8 certificate qualified is preferred, fluent in Spanish or Italian or Japanese or French or Germany is a plus.

3.Excellent communication skills & people management skill.

4.Must be fluent in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.

5.IT skills: Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
