Main responsibilities:

·         Manage supplier quality, process quality, lab, testing and customer quality

·         Set up quality strategy to reduce the defect rates

·         handle complaints, and then take related action to avoid similar problem from happening

·         Set KPI for team members, and review their performance relatively

Main requirements:

·          Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5-10 years’ quality management experiences in multinational manufacturing industry. Candidates from electronic or home appliance industry is highly preferred.

·         Wide knowledge in PCBA, plastics, and familiar with quality system IATF 16949, ISO9001, etc

·         Good communication and writing skills in both English and Mandarin. Candidates from a diversified working environment is a plus
