Typical Duties, Activities, Responsibilities

● Handle all incoming leads, sales calls and requests for sales information via various channels

● Input leads into the CRM package and managed the lead process with reports and follow up with the regional sales team

● Respond to customer and distributor inquiries, obtain orders and conduct follow up calls

● Provide assistance to the regional sales team by monitoring key opportunities to ensure they are entered and updated

● Provide product recommendations to our prospects and customers

● Maintain complete customer profiles, utilizing the CRM package, update on a regular basis and use to identify and pursue opportunities

Education and Qualifications

● Minimum of 2 years customer service/?inside technical sales experience.?

至少2年的客户服务/内部技术销售经验。

● Bachelor degree is required, preferably with a technical background.

● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office products.
