岗位职责：

1. 会计相关专业，大专以上学历；

2. 1年以上工作经验，有一般纳税人企业工作经验者优先；

   认真细致，爱岗敬业，吃苦耐劳，有良好的职业操守；

岗位要求：

1. 总务工作

   1、协助采购各种教学设备、仪器、教具、图书、体育、文艺、卫生办公、生活等方面的器材或用品，保证教育教学顺利进行。

   2、根据学校的工作计划做好经费预决算。建立财物管理制度，执行财务纪律，反对和防止贪污浪费，使学校经费使用恰当，能发挥***的作用。

   3、协助校长管理好学校财物工作，管理好学校财产。督促进出库的造册登记，做到帐实相符，使公物从购入到使用都清楚明白。

   4、管理好学校饭堂、学生及教职工宿舍。

   5、做好校容、校貌建设，抓好校内环境卫生，努力保证师生有良好的教学环境。

   6、督促和检查保卫工作，要求保安员做好来访登记工作。门前清洁工作及报刊发放工作，经常巡视学校，发现问题及时处理。

    

2. 会计

   1、主要负责校内财务的管理与统计，员工社办办理，对外税务方面的工作。

   2、负责记帐 , 会计凭证汇总、帐簿登记 , 打印输出记帐凭证和帐簿。

   3、负责会计资料定期分类装订立卷和保管。
