岗位职责：

1、具有良好的职业道德和开拓创新意识，熟悉民办基础教育发展特点及相关政策法规，具备丰富的中小学管理经验；

2、具有本科或以上学历，一级以上教师专业技术职称，相应的教师资格和二级乙等普通话等级证书；

3、在正职校长岗位任职满2年以上，或副校级任职满4年以上，或有6年以上学校中层管理工作经历者；

4、具备以下条件者优先考虑：

1）获地市级以上人民政府表彰的“名校长”或“优秀校长”；

2）被市级以上人民政府、教育行政部门评为骨干教师、优秀教师、先进工作者;

3）本人所主持的教育教科研成果，获得市级及以上教育行政部门、教研机构表彰奖励的；

4）具有国际学校管理经验，精通国际课程体系者。

岗位要求：

1. 制订学校的发展规划和学年、学期工作计划，并认真组织实施、检查和总结规划（计划）完成的情况；

2. 统一安排学校工作，负责学校的组织管理、行政决策，

3. 主持召开行政会议，校务会议等；

4. 组织教育教学研究，抓好教学工作，保证教学计划和教学大纲的实施，提高教育质量；

5. 制定和实施学校的经费预算，审核各项费用、人员工资支出，具有成本控制意识；

6. 负责学校教职工管理和团队建设，根据权限确定学校组织机构设置、人员聘任、调配、考核、奖惩等工作，能识别、培养、使用人才；

7. 认真执行集团决议，定期做述职报告，及时反应学校经营管理情况和问题；

8. 塑造学校形象，做好对外宣传工作，协调好学校的对外关系，包括不限于当地政府、教育局等。

   全面负责学校的学生管理工作，完成年度招生任务，开发生源市场。
