Responsibilities: 

  1. Monitor progress and status of all Open Orders on site at Factories.

2. Review with Factory Production Planning and Regional Planning teams Open Orders Summary

3. Prioritize orders with regions in case of issues for on time delivery.

4. Weekly review meetings with Factory evaluation.

5. Identify root causes for late deliveries and follow up for corrective and recovery plans, communicate to regions.

6. Coordinate with Factory Production Planning, Operations and Logistics for mode of transport changes to meet customer's delivery expectations.

7. Escalate delivery concerns of Regional Planning Teams to the Factory Production Planning Team.

8. Analyze production progress, including raw materials and semi FG status.

9. Support Cancellation Process.

10. Support Quality issues and impact on shipping schedule.

  SKILLS REQUIREMENT 

  1. University graduate/ Bachelor degree                                                                               

2. At least 3  years industry experience on planning management, warehousing or PMC 

  Self-motivated, sense of urgency, able to work independently and good teamwork 3. Good  analytical mind and meticulous with details and data 

4. Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin

5. Good PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills

7. Experience in Shoe industry will be a definite advantage
