In this position, you will be in charge of the factory maintenance system, leading the
maintenance staff. You will be based in Shipai and become a major key part of a new steel plant.
在此岗位上，应聘者需负责车间的设备维护系统，管理维修人员。应聘者将成为我们新工厂的主力军。
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
岗位的职责包括但不限于：
1.Preparing the annual maintenance plan and implementation of maintenance policies;
制定年度设备维护计划，并跟进具体的实施情况；
2.Responsible of breakdown maintenance/preventive maintenance;
机器出现问题时，要负责修理，同时还要采取预防措施，防止机器在运行过程中出现问题；
3.Writing operating and maintenance procedures for machines and equipment;
编写机器与设备操作及维修的流程；
4.Writing safety and machine reliability standards;
制定机器安全性与可靠性的标准；
5.Training workers for proper machine use;
对员工进行培训，教他们正确使用机器；
6.Spare parts inventory and budget management;
管理机器零部件储备及预算系统；
7.Writing specifications for new machines according to the production requirements;
购买新机器时，要按照生产要求制定相关明细，包括机器的零配件，安全注意事项，维修注意事项等；
8.Proper receiving of new equipment and machinery;
公司购买新机器或设备时，负责安排妥善安放；
9.Manage outside machine contractors;
必要时负责与机器供应商联系；
10.Leading maintenance improving solutions and upgrading of machinery and equipment.
制定机器与设备维护保养的改进方案。

Qualifications:资质要求
1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - a significant advantage;
机械或电子工程专业本科毕业，且有相关特长；
2.Experience and knowledge in the fields of power, control, hydraulics and relevant machinery plant maintenance at least five years - mandatory;
必须有电力，控制，油压等方面的经验与专业知识，在机械厂有五年以上的设备维护经验；
3.Experience in managing maintenance teams - an advantage;
善于管理设备维护团队，且有相关经验；
4.Proficiency in spoken and written English.
具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
