职位描述
Our client is a famous US company, which is famous in the casual shoes and women shoes, there are more than 20 brands in its group.
- Key Responsibilities:
Managed the footwear development process, from the design tech pack handover from the Product Development Team.
Design and lead the Shoe Training courses covering materials, last, mold, shoe-making and
production related skills for PD and or merchants.
Collaborated with the Product Team to develop samples in line with the agreed New Produt Development Brief requirements for design, costs and timelines.
Abilities to coach technicians to apply Problem-Solving skills on their daily work.
Key Requirements:
College degree or above.
More than 10 years’ commercialization experience in Footwear industry.
Strong technical background and leadership.
Positive attitude and good problem solving ability.、
