Position summary:

Set costing benchmarks, identify, understand, and resolve costing issues, coordinating efforts with factories, HQ Costing and development teams. Lead a product and fact-based costing team that drive optimization for costing saving. Provide metrics and various analyses to HQ Costing. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, and responsible for hiring, coaching, and training employees. Review staff work after completion.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree.

? 7+ years of experience in costing or development in footwear industry, 3+ years in managerial position.

? Demonstrated leadership capability including the ability to motivate and mentor others within the working group. Solid interpersonal, Communication and negotiation skill.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

? Good command of MS Office (word, Excel and PowerPoint).
