· Must have a solid understanding and application of SAP and other Merchandising related systems

· Track, expedite and maintain open purchase orders;

· Track the products’ ETA;

· Maintain Vendor schedule in the system;

· Develop and maintain positive and effective relations with vendors to facilitate timely and accurate processing of orders and delivered product;

· Communicate vendor and product issues with the Merchandising team, Sales, Supply Chain, and other impacted groups;

· Team with Inventory Manager and Planner to optimize vendor delivery process;

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor above.

· 1-3 years in planning or related.

· Be familiar with Planning & SAP system.

· Fully operational knowledge of supply planning skill& working knowledge of demand planning and production scheduling.
