Job Description:
Develop and implement the HR function including recruitment, compensation & benefit, learning & development and employee engagement, etc
Handle day-to-day recruitment process from identifying job requirements, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and package recommendation
Responsible for payroll & leave administration, social insurance / tax administration, employee record maintenance
Identify staff issues and support line manages to tackle performance and relationship issues
Conduct background check program and follow up closely until clear
Review internal process and propose enhancement / streamline opportunities to upgrade efficiency
Make sure routine reports deliver on time with high accuracy
Prepare HR reports, presentation and data analysis and generate continuous improvement
Liaise and visit relevant government department to handle Hukou issue, social insurance issue, income tax issue, etc
Assist in developing SOP and streamline procedures
Support Hong Kong HR team to implement project from Corp
Support Shanghai office move and other administrative works
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years or above HR generalist experience
Experience in apparel sourcing / buying office, retail or e-commerce will be an advantage
Well verse in China labor law, market trend and HR practices
Independent handling employee issues with solution propose to Line Managers
Strong collaboration with internal and external parties to establish Company Branding
Positive and able to generate harmony working atmosphere to the team and cultivate Carter’s culture
Detail-minded with high sense of urgency and on-time delivery
Responsible, flexible and able to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Independent, customer-oriented and well-organized
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Excellent in written and spoken English, CET 4 is a must
