JOB SUMMARY:

Manage and provide support on all financial and accounting matters, including application of good corporate governance and control measures.

Participate within a team environment to accomplish a high-level of service and support to the company and business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Lead and guide accounting team in the monthly close process, including coordination and supervision of 3rd party service provider to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
? Review monthly reporting package and all reconciliation schedules, ensure accounts and documentation are in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
? Oversee accounts payable functions including cash flow management and adherence to company policies and control measures.
? Manage statutory audit, tax, and regulatory filings; liaise and work closely with Corporate and 3rd party service providers to ensure company obligations are met.
? Prepare monthly expense forecast, provide analytical support and ad hoc reports for departmental functions to support business needs. Assist in annual operating plan budget preparation, capital project analysis and performance analysis.
? Active participation in continuous process improvement & standardization, and new projects in next level of growth.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICAIONS & COMPETENCIES:

? Degree in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent.
? 8+ years’ experience in managing accounting & finance functions.
? Possess strong knowledge of local and US GAAP, taxation and local regulatory knowledge.
? Strong sense of business ethics, integrity, and accountability.
? Problem-solving, along with interpersonal skills necessary to work with varied levels of management.
? Solid written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong Excel & MS Office skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
