Responsibilities:
1. In cooperation with the China and International Sales teams, understand the customers' needs in products, orders and regulatory issues.
2. Analyze sales and pricing data.
3. Inventory management, and make the forecast of the Purchase Orders based on the sales analysis.
4. Coordinate with Sourcing, Product Development and Quality/Regulatory teams and provide suppliers with accurate customer requirements in a timely manner.
5. Manage purchase orders and ensure that suppliers complete customer orders that meet our requirements in time, quality and quantity.
6. Assist in sample handling, order entry and shipment entry.
7. Maintain good communication and relationship with customers and suppliers. Resolve issues independently.
8. Keep detailed records of orders so they can be tracked and followed up by others.
9. Travel to suppliers and customers as needed.
10. Complete other assignments by management.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor Degree, preferably in business management, finance or engineering field.
2. Interested in the job in supply chain and willing to work related in purchase orders management.
3. Having the internship experience in foreign company is preferred.
4. Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure.
5. Well organized, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Able to work well within a team.
7. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
8. Good command of English. CET-6 certificate is preferred.
