职位描述：
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in sourcing or International Trade. We are looking for a person who is passionate about his/her work; result oriented, possesses strong leadership potential, and understands the Asian Sourcing Market and culture. The role will include many Asian countries including China, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Thailand etc.

Principle Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing Tissue/Napkin/Paper /Wooden /Sugarcane/Pulp products, PPE products, etc. as required
- Research Product and factory
- Solicit bids and cost negotiation with suppliers
- Product comparison and COG management
- Bid review under the direction of sourcing management
- New vendor development
- Vendor relationship management and vendor compliance
- Develop product quality specification in conjunction with QA/QC department
- Understand importance of product quality standard compliance to of destination country;

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sourcing or trading role, preferably with Tissue/Napkin/Paper /Wooden /Sugarcane/Pulp products, PPE products, etc., etc.
- Import/export work experience
- Strong material knowledge and a DETAIL orientated attitude to understand and apply standards compliance;
- Proven cost negotiation skills
- Good level of English language/ speaking / writing required
- Strong interpersonal organization and communication skills with suppliers and customers;
- Minimum of 3-year college degree
- Able to travel frequently
- Computer literate (Proficient in Excel and Word, etc.)

-调研产品及相关供应商工厂；
-善于与供应商进行价格洽谈；
-产品比较与成本信息的管理；
-在采购主管指导下进行报价审核；
-开发新的供应商；
-善于处理与供应商之间的关系协调性, 并进行供应商筛选评析；
-与QC/QA部门共同制定和提升产品质量规格；
-充分理解产品符合目的地国家相关质量标准的重要性；

具备资格：
-在采购/贸易方面具备3年以上从业经验，有面纸/餐巾纸/其它纸制品/木质品 /甘蔗浆制品, 个人安全防护用品等采购经验者优先考虑；
-进出口工作经验；
-具有丰富实用的原材料知识及了解适用产品标准细节的意愿；
-成本商务洽谈经验；
-良好的英文听说读写能力；
-良好的沟通合作能力；
-较强的组织和沟通能力；
-熟练电脑办公操作（EXCEL，WORD，等等）；
-大学本科及以上学历；
