Job Scope:
Responsible for UAP QCDM and improve UAP performance
Responsible for customer quality meet customer requirement
Continuous improve process quality capability
Control and improve scrap cost
Organize related resources to meet delivery requirement
Continuous improve productivity
Responsible for UAP cost management
Implement team manufacturing in production
Develop and improve team’s competency to meet business requirement
Requirement:
Academic/Professional Qualification: 10 years experience in related industry, prefer in speaker industry
Expertise/Skills: knowledge of production, team building competency
Language skills: Chinese and English both need be good
Personal Attributes: Leadership skills, critical thinking, ethical/honest, accountable teamwork, communication skills, and milestone experience. 举报 分享
