注：此职位是6个月的temp

Responsibility:
? The candidate will work in assembly process integration team in packaging engineering department.
? Responsible for generating new package process flow based on product design, manage BOM (bill of material) and review packaging documents.
? Responsible for releasing and following up engineering experiment builds.
? Responsible for new technology corner studies and 100K pre-production volume run.
? Help engineering with logistic tasks such as shipping, borrowing units and receiving materials.
? The candidate will also participate in new product development, learn new product development process from concept till volume production, and gain experiences on semiconductor packaging.
 
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree with Engineering Major
? Good Written English and Acceptable Spoken English
? Self-motivated, hardworking, and be able to work under high pressure
? Good if have interest in consumer electronic gadgets 举报 分享
