职位描述：
Responsibility:
1 Assist HR function in the day-to-day activities; provide professional support to business prater.
2 Implement recruiting activities (tracking, screening, and notification and induction paperwork).
3 Responsible for overall C&B function, such as payroll reporting, salary survey, etc.
4 Assist with the dealing of employee relation practices including internal compliance & external legal frameworks, disciplinary actions .etc.
5 Implement orientation training to new employees
6 Generate regular HR reports upon request;
7 Update leave records timely;
8 Manage personnel files and information, ensure the information to be found easily;
9 Responsible for social insurance management, such as medical expense claim, housing funds extraction and so on;
10 Other task assigned by direct supervisor
11 Assist finance manager to deal with the related work in Finance
12 Site assistant for KPI and reporting

Qualifications:
1 Bachelor degree or above and major in Human Resource Management is a plus;
2 At least 1 year experience in recruiting is a necessary;
3 2 to 3 years overall HR working experience;
4 Good knowledge on local labor laws;
5 Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6 Good written Chinese & English skills;
7 Good Excel and Power Point skill.
