职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Provides management direction of all phases of a product from manufacturing introduction to completion
Functions as the central resource with design, manufacturing, quality and test as the product(s) move to comple tion and distribution.
Ensures that products shipped meet specification s and quality goals
Formulates and executes long term plans for cost/p rofit control.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements:
MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent with 15 or more years of related experience and 10 or more years of direct management experience.
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
Excelle nt communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
Compre hensive knowledge and understanding of division/business unit strategic objectives and goals.
Excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment. D ynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker. 举报 分享
