协助招生主管完成家长访问参观、学生入读、学生档案管理等工作。
1. 整理招生文件，确保文件有效、整齐、有序；
2. 准备招生推广活动所需物资，布置现场，协助招生主管完成招生推广活动；
3. 准备家长参观资料，协助招生主管完成家长咨询参观工作；
4. 办理学生入读手续，确保手续办理及时；
5. 录入学生资料，维护学生档案，保证资料准确性；
6. 办理住宿生临时住宿登记证；
7. 根据招生主管的指示，开具学生就读证明、成绩、报告等相关文件；
8. 完成招生主管交付的其他工作。
