职位描述：
岗位职责:
1．参与光伏电站的运行，升级，改造工程
2．参与光伏电站的运行指标及经济指标的建立、控制、考核、分析
3．指导运维人员的日常工作，协助运维人员解决技术疑难问题
4．收集电站运行基础数据，对运行数据进行评估
5．完成公司领导交办的其他任务。

岗位要求:
1、大学本科以上学历，电气工程与自动化、电气工程与自动化、机电一体化、机械设计与制造等相关专业
2、3年以上电站运行管理相关经验
3、参加过电站运维体系系统培训，执行力强，原则性强，态度积极认真；
4、行业标准清晰，条理性强，细致、严谨
5、良好的人际沟通与协调技巧
