职位描述：
Responsibilities：
-Perform monthly/quarterly managerial accounting and reporting responsibilities (including actual vs standard cost variance analysis; inventory valuation and petabyte tracking/analysis; Business Unit cost allocation support and analysis)
-Perform monthly/quarterly financial close and reporting responsibilities (including inventory controls and valuation; in-transit inventory and excess purchase commitment accruals; RMA reserves; warranty reserves; journal entry and account reconciliation review/approval; audit requests)
-Perform daily worldwide Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes performed by Cost Accounting
-Work together with global process owners on process improvement to strive for best practice
-Effectively work and maintain key relationships with business area customers to ensure service requirements are met or exceeded for all areas of cost accounting and planning
-Ensure compliance with corporate SOX and key controls, adherence to US GAAP and other statutory requirements and support for audit requirements
-Contribute to the development and implementation of process and SAP projects (and future ERP systems)
Requirements：
Required Skills:
? Excellent verbal and written English skills
? Experience with SAP
? Experience with Microsoft Office
? Experience working a team environment
Preferred Skills:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years finance and accounting experience
? SAP and project implementation experience
