Mechanical Engineer
Requires Fluency in English Both Oral and Written CET 6 or higher. Submit resume in both English and Chinese.
Job Description:
    Assist in the development, and design of new and existing products.
    Work to improve methods and designs on existing products
    Work with internal and external teams and clients within time lines and budgets.
    Work with production and engineering teams in getting designs from conception to manufactured product.
    Provide creative out-of-the-box thinking.
    Plan and direct activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials and products.
    Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical.
    Devise sampling procedures and designs.
    Develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
    Establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities. Work with the QA/QC team on outgoing product and sample inspections, to assure they meet the highest level of compliance with company and client requirements.
    Prepare Engineering Requirements (ER) to provide to the factory and to use during the outgoing shipment inspection procedure.
    Create test procedures, and systems to test outgoing new product samples.
    Assist the client with Technical Support issues brought up by our customers or the product end users.?
    Review and manage customer product engineering guidelines.
    Understand all Safety and Compliance Standards and requirements for our client’s different markets
    Attend and manage outgoing QC shipment inspections if it is necessary. For certain case, the inspection may occur on holidays.
    Ability to solve and quickly respond to issues.
    Interactive, analytical, and communicative skills.
    Ability to multi-task.
    Be highly organized and motivated.
    Ability to travel independently.
Education and Qualifications:
    B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on design.
    Familiar with equipment layout drawings.
    Hands-on work ethic and capability.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
    Experience in a production or industrial atmosphere preferred.
    Independent thinker with a team-oriented attitude and approach.
    Proficient in 2D AutoCAD.
    Inventor experience is a plus.
    Knowledge of industry standards and Broad knowledge of safety and universal standards of SAA, C-Tick, MEPS, CE, FCC, UL.
