一、Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance to national and Isola EHS requirements to achieve operation excellence.
2. Monitor the updates and development of existing and new local regulations. Actively involved in issue management, i.e. potential legislation that may impact the business and operations of Isola, e.g. energy efficiency program. Lead the gap analysis and prepare actions and measures to cope with changes.
3. Continuously improve the EHS performance, EHS awareness and EHS culture by
a. Creating, maintaining and improving EHS awareness in all operations in respective country;
b. Establishing and implementing necessary country specific EHS processes and programs in alignment with global expectations for legal compliance and corporate conformity;
c. Enabling the implementation of EHS activities in Operations, functional units and offices;
d. Monitoring, analysing and reporting the trend of EHS KPI’s.
e. Setting country specific targets, if applicable, to cope with global goals;
f. Forming and maintaining an effective and efficient country EHS organization, positioning EHS in local operations and building competence of the EHS community in country.
4. Build and implement EHS Management System that includes policy, processes, procedures, checking and evaluation schemes.
5. Provide EHS consultation and advice to support local operations in complying EHS needs.
6. Coordinate incident reporting and root cause analysis. Communicate and share incidents and learnings.
7. Support/coordinate audits to fulfil global goals/ requirements, business needs, e.g. supplier EHS assessment, and legal requirements, e.g. EHS checks by local officials.
8. Steer country harmonization in EHS performance and EHS standards at all sites and offices. Collaborate with global EHS to achieve global harmonization efficiently and effectively.
9. Identify training needs, develop training programs and /or deliver trainings.
10. Cost management, team management and resource planning.
二、 Qualifications & Abilities
1、University degree in engineering or science, preferably in occupational safety/industrial engineering/safety management or related discipline.
2、At least 8-year experience as a Plant/Site/Facility/Maintenance Manager or EHS specialist.
EHS experience in multi-national enterprise is preferred. Expertise on national safety regulations, EHS management system requirements, EHS audit processes and reporting requirements are the must.
3、Prefer to have licensed EH&S qualification according to national requirements.
