职位描述：
1. 协助组织中方招聘活动，办理中方员工入职离职手续，协助人事主管完成招聘入职离职工作；
2. 参与培训课程的设计,协助培训的组织与实施，协助人事主管完成培训工作；
3. 参与绩效方案的设计、协助组织与实施，协助人事主管完成考核工作；
4. 参与编制人事方面各项制度，协助人事主管完成各项制度的订立；
5. 办理员工社保、公积金业务，协助人事主管完成社保、公积金工作；
6. 统计中方员工考勤、水电费及餐费，正确记录出勤情况及员工水电费、餐费的费用；
7. 完成主管交待的其他工作。

任职资格：

2. 熟悉社保、公积金办理流程
3. 能熟练操作一般办公软件
4. 有一定的写作能力
