岗位职责
1、对海外市场开拓有独特的见解，熟悉各国客户采购习惯；
2、负责日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、建立、优化公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度；
4、制订公司国际业务的工作目标、工作计划并主导实施；
5、收集整理相关市场发展趋势、需求变化和客户反馈数据信息。

任职资格
1、大学专科及以上学历，国际贸易、外贸英语类相关专业优先；
2、3年以上相关进出口工作经验；
3、熟悉贸易工作的各项流程及相关法律法规，熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识；
4、具有较强的听、说、读、写能力，懂二外者优先；
5、具有良好的管理、沟通、处理问题的能力，良好的谈判技巧，责任心强，抗压性强。
