With home office in US, branch office in Taiwan, and production in China, we are a branded ladies fashion shoe company. As we are growing, we need good and right people to be our Business Manager in China.

Our Business Manager shall be responsible for costing, pricing, placing orders, negotiation, production, material, quality, and delivery.

While factories may have different working manner and way of doing things than us, our Business Manager needs to act as a bridge over our company and factories, and convey our ideology, concerns and needs that agrees with the factory in terms of price, production schedule, quality, delivery, material, payment, and make factory as our long time partner.

Make our production smoother, competitive price, attractive quality, and timely delivery are missions of this position. In order to make this happen, we sincerely welcome those who are:
1. Good English
2. Strong background in woman fashion shoe production, familiar with costing, material and factories.
3. Organized, understandable, ambitious, aggressive, responsive, and decisive.
4. Figure sensitive, detail centered, teamwork minded, and good at communication and negotiation.

Job Scopes
1. Commercialization: lead time, technical issues, information accuracy
2. Material: supplier sourcing, relationship, cost, delivery, quality.
3. Costing: cost break down, analysis, and suggestions.
4. Order: Order placing, pricing, and payment term negotiation,
5. Factory: sourcing, production schedule, problem solving
6. Product quality, delivery
