Personel responsible activities: (tasks of personal responsabilities )

Operate the Coperion Emat and Brabender system

Organize necessary raw materials from warehouse

Control all extrusion operation including bagging line and sampling of material to lab

Work to company work instruction manual

Work to company health and safety manual

Clean and purge manufacturing line as described when necessary

Change die strip when necessary

Ensure work area is kept in a clean condition

Adjust machine condition as lab result

Fill the work log and daily log and write down the accidents

To undertake any reasonable task or job requested by the line supervisor

从仓库领料，组织生产上料

操作与挤出生产相关的工作包括安装机和来样到实验室

按照公司大操作手册作业

按照公司健康和安全守则作业

按照标准的清理挤出机守则作业

按需求清理模头

确保工作环境清洁

根据实验室大案监测结果调整生产参数

填写工作日志和生产日志

服从生产主管的安排

Education
Over college education


Training:
Accepted the training on production process and the knowledge on products.
Experience
Over 2 year’s relevant experience.
Skills
Be familiar with the plastics production process.
Be familiar with production procedure and quality standards.
Attitude

With loving the job and good team spirit.
Health Requirement
Strong, can work at the environment of high temperature.
The normal eyesight is over 1.0, can identify the color.

教育背景:
大专以上学历。
培训经历:
受过生产过程培训、产品知识等方面的培训。
经验:
2年以上相关经验。
技能技巧:
熟悉塑胶生产过程；
熟悉生产规程以及质量标准；
态度:
具有敬业精神和良好的团队合作精神；
身体要求：
身强体壮，能够在高温环境下作业。
正常视力在1.0以上，无视盲。
