职位描述：

该职位需要在香港办公室工作2天/周，在深圳办公室工作3天/周。同时需要较好的英语口语能力，能与外籍同事无障碍沟通。

Position’s Aim
The position is part of the Finance Dept. in Feidong and answers hierarchically to the General Manager of China Plant and from the functional point of view to the CFO of Fedon Group. He/she is responsible, directly and coordinating his/her collaborators, for the accounting & controlling activities for Fedon Group companies in Asia (Feidong, Hong Kong).
Main activities:
1.Monitoring the correctness of accounting and administrative operations, ensuring the fulfillment of the related legal obligations and the preparation of financial statements.
2.He/she ensures tax compliance and fiscal procedure required.
3. He/she ensures the proper recording of accounting transactions, verifying the accounting records made by employees, considering the incoming and outgoing transactions and verifying the periodic reports about the economic situations.
4.He/she is responsible for all the relations with external consultants for tax and regulatory issues and external auditors.
5. Monitoring treasury activities for Hong Kong and China.
6.He/she reviews and prepares monthly financial statements and prepares small group consolidate account and reports.
7.He/she is responsible for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet issues, accordingly with law and Headquarters requirements.

8. He/she is responsible for the creation and implementation of a reporting systems management with the aim to develope reports and analyze datas which are crucial for the business: cost control and Shenzen factory analysis, sales margin control, cost of material purchasing, cost of labor, fixed costs analysis.

9. He/she is responsible for the determination and maintenance of the Inter Company Transfer pricing.
