Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist Development,production and Quality Control teams with support from 3rd party laboratories;
2.Work closely with supplier's QA/QC team on process improvement and work with them to drive key process changes to improve product integrity;
3.Ensure the vendors/suppliers meet quality standards and procedures;
4.Set up systematic programs for inspection to optimize and improve product quality standards;
5. Maintain quality and compliance database to ensure effectiveness and timeliness;
6. Support activities to record any product quality and initiate nonconformance reports; assist with investigation and implementation;
7. Ensure that all appropriate lab testing documentation is complete and current for the assigned product lines;
8. Maintain a database for all testing related documents;
9. Support escalated customer complaints requiring further investigation by quality assurance or engineering;
10. When needed, support QC team with shipment inspections
Qualifications
2+ years working experience in toy industry
In depth knowledge of ASTM,CPSIA,EN71, and other toy testing regulations
Strong communication orally and in writing, in both mandarin and English
Self-motivated with excellent analytical skills,communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment, and build relationships outside of the department(suppliers,regulatory agencies, etc.)
Frequent travel in Guangdong Province is required
