职位描述：
I. JOB SUMMARY/ 职位综述:
Under the leadership of the Trading platform Logistic Manager, the Logistic Specialist is responsible for Shanghai Trading Platform’s daily logistic activities.
物流专员在物流经理的领导下负责上海贸易平台日常物流业务。

II. JOB DIMENSION/职位范围
Key Relationship/主要工作关系:
Internal对内：
Finance, Sales and Customer Service departments of relative trading business units.
各事业部财务、销售和客服部门。
Finance and other support functions of Imerys Corporate China.
益瑞石中国财务及其他支持部门。
External对外：
Import broker, warehouses, transportation company, shipping company, Customs and CIQ.
进口代理、仓库人员、运输公司、船公司、海关和商检局。

III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/主要职责
1. Be responsible for transportation and tracking from warehouse or discharge port to customers by all means.
负责仓库或卸货港到客户的各种方式的运输及到货跟踪。
2. Collecting corresponding document, invoice and original customers receipt etc.
收集相应单据、发票和客户签收单原件等。
3. Providing necessary information to relative parties.
反馈必要信息给相关部门。
4. Assisting shipment tracking, declaration and warehouse management when necessary.
有需要时协助进口到货跟踪、清关和仓库管理。
5. Other tasks that may be given by Management.
其他管理层交予的工作。

IV.JOB SPECIFICATIONS/岗位任职要求
a. Knowledge
Typical Education Level/教育背景：
Bachelor degree and above in supply chain, international trade or related major.
大学本科及以上学历，供应链, 国际贸易或相关专业。
Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification/相关经验专业知识资质：
Transportation, import declaration, international trading knowledge is required.
Basic English communication skill is a must.
具有国内运输经验、进口清关经验、熟悉了解国际贸易操作流程。
具有基本英语交流技能。
