1. 为创首国际产品线（教育机器人和玩具）开发中国市场。
2. 协助制定和执行市场和销售策略,以促进和提升创首品牌及其市场份额。
3. 管理客户关系。
4. 实现销售目标。
5. 策划、实施销售推广活动及其预算管理。
6. 与其他创首团队密切合作，以确保客户需求得到后勤支持。
7. 上级交办的其它工作。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科学历，工程相关专业优先。
2. 五年以上中国市场消费电子，玩具和/或教育类产品相关销售，市场和渠道拓展经验。
3. 优秀的团队合作能力。
4. 良好的英语能力优先。
5. 良好的沟通，组织，计划和运营能力。
6. 熟悉Office 软件和ERP系统。
7. 适应出差。
Job Descriptions:
1. Develop the Chinese market for IFI product lines (toys and educational robots).
2. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote IFI brands and increase market shares.
3. Manage customer relationship.
4. Meet sales targets.
5. Sales promotion events planning, budget and implementation.
6. Work closely with the other IFI teams to ensure smooth logistical support to customer demand.
7. Other jobs assigned by upper management.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor‘s degree in engineering field.
2. At least 5 years’ sales, marketing and channel developing experience in electronics, toys or educational robots filed.
3. Excellent leadership skill.
4. Good command of English. CET-6 certificate is preferred.
5. Good communication, organization, planning and operation skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
7. Able to travel as needed.
