Requires Fluency in English Both Oral and Written CET 6 or higher. This position requires very strong English language skills, both oral and written. Candidates without strong English skills CET 6 or above will not be considered for this role.
Job Description:
● Absolute dedication in complying with company accounting procedures and government regulations
● Oversee the Financial Department, Payroll, and assist with Human Resources.
● Prepare and plan weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow and budgets
● Computer proficiency essential; advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite and related financial software.
● Generate detailed, timely and accurate financial and management reports on a consistent basis.
● Analyze operating results as they affect the financial management of the organization and make specific recommendations to Chairman for cost reduction and/or profit improvement.
● Comply with accepted accounting principles, tax requirements, and management reporting requirements in China.
● Be familiar with VAT Refund.
● Establish and manage carefully all formal internal control policies and procedures.
● Deal effectively with human resource issues, outside auditors, bankers, and government tax officials.
Education and Qualifications:
● BA degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA degree a plus.
● 4 plus years’ job experience.
● Excellent phone and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
● Strong computer skills.
● Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
● Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
● Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions of the Management.
● A proactive person with ability to make suggestions for improvement.
