职位描述：
工作内容:
1.根据公司销售政策开发业务；
2.发掘潜在客户，根据客户需求拟定销售策略；
3.与公司其他部门协作开发新项目；
4.与研发团队合作向客户推销新的产品设计和解决方案，实现双赢；
5.探究市场趋势和客户需求，为客户提供适合的产品及服务以达成客户期望；
6.搜集并及时更新关于客户和竞争对手等市场信息，为管理团队战略决策提供参 考；
7.与财务和法务团队合作与客户洽谈商业协议；
8.维护好现有客户，发掘业务增长点；
9.及时反馈客户的关注点和投诉，积极推进内部改进；
10.配合财务跟进应收账款和呆滞处理。
 11.组建自己的销售团队，并进行培训、指导，监督及管理，提高团队整体业绩，完成团队销售目标

任职资格:
1、五年以上印刷，纸塑，吸塑、纸箱、五金、硅胶、PC、PET、PVC、模切、模具、纺织、注塑等相关行业销售或市场岗位经验。
2、优秀的开拓能力。
3、良好的表达和陈述技巧。
4、良好的自我激励能力。
5、抗压能力强。
6、工作积极、勤奋、主动。
7、进取并具敬业精神，富有团队合作精神。
8、丰富的业务开发团队管理经验；
9、敏锐的市场洞察力；
10、良好的沟通技巧及业务谈判能力；
