Oversee all human resource functions of a facility. This includes oversight of both manufacturing and salaried /office employees. Single location with around 650 employees. In some cases, may manage functions outside of HR. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

?Extend HR support to sales offices in HK and other Chinese cities on top of facility in DG为香港销售办事处及东莞工厂在国内其他城市的办事处提供人力资源方面的支援
?Accountable for accurate data entry, understanding current Workday processes, and partnering with business leaders to ensure data integrity负责精确的数据记录、理解当前的工作流程、并与其它管理人员合作以确保信息完整无误
?Handles all types of employee inquiries and issues处理各类员工关系事务及诉求
?Ensures delivery of annual trainings such as core values, high performance culture, etc.确保每年对员工进行诸如核心价值、高绩效文化等相关培训
?Provides guidance to leaders regarding employee matters to include performance coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, Individual Development Plans, succession planning, etc.对管理人员提供一系列关于绩效辅导、绩效提高计划、个人发展计划、继任计划等指引
?Provides guidance on workforce planning which may include organizational re-design work, facilitation of a Talent Review/Selection process, job description creation and analysis, promotions, etc.对包括组织架构重组工作、人才评估及选拔过程简易化、岗位描述分析及说明、晋升计划等人才规划作出指引
?Conducts employee investigations, discipline, termination, etc. 指导进行员工满意度调查、行为规范、离职等工作
?Partners and collaborates with business leaders and serves as a member of the leadership team作为管理层成员与相关业务领导层沟通协调并提供相应后勤支援
?Responsible for project management of various initiatives, and may serves as a team/project leader in company-wide projects generated from Business Partners and the Corporate HR function响应各项目管理层的各种倡议,并对公司业务范围内的既定项目中的业务合作伙伴和企业HR部门提供相应支持。
?Partners with the AP HR team to ensure alignment with the needs of the business in the creation and delivery of HR programs, includes but not limit to performance management process, Human Capital Review, Merit Increasing planning, Leadership Cohort, retention program, etc.与亚太人力资源部团队合作以确保各HR项目的创建和传递能与业务需求达成一致,包括并不仅限于绩效管理流程、人力资源审核、提升价值计划、领导力、保留计划等。
?Acts as the primary liaison between employees, union (if applicable), and management. 作为员工、工会(如适用)、管理层之间的沟通桥梁
?Leading a HR team with specific functions in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Relationships, enhance team’s competency and partnership带领人力资源部各功能组别进行人才招聘、薪酬计划制定、培训及发展、员工关系建设、团队素质提高及合作关系提高
?To drive and support customer audit with HR documentation推动并支援人事档案的相关客户审计工作
QUALIFICATIONS
任职要求:
?Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field商务管理、人力资源发展等专业的本科或以上学位
?Background in manufacturing-oriented, B2B, customers focused business environment有制造业、电子商务、顾客导向等商业环境背景
?5-7 years of Human Resource experience; and minimum of 3-4 years of HR management experience 5-7年人力资源工作经验,并有至少3-4年人力资源管理经验
?Basic English writing and reading skills, fluent English will be a plus基本英语书写及阅读能力,流利英语程度更佳
?Previous project management skills required要求有项目管理经验
