Education:
? Read, write, speak fluent Mandarin. Able to read Latin / English characters. Ideally able to use basic functionalities of Excel and Outlook.
Experience:
? 1-2 years R&D working experience in Food & Beverage industry (production or bakery)
Skills:
? Good communication and interpersonal skill;
? Rigorous in executing the job;
? Team work.
? Execute the tests as designed by the R&D Technologist or R&D Specialist.
? Be responsible for preparing samples for Client presentation.
? Provide detailed reports of tests performed including measurements & comments during processing and final product evaluation + pictures.
? Responsible for organizing product sensory evaluation as designed by the R&D Technologist or R&D Specialist.
? Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized working place (lab): cleaning of working surfaces, basic maintenance of equipments, raw materials stock management, finished products stock management.
