职位描述：
Job Description:
? Participate in project team as technical leader who is fully representing engineering department.
? Facilitate project team to understand design concept, know-well principle, structure, manufacturing process, control and testing methodology, risk assessment and problem solving.
? Take responsible to guarantee the milestone technical delivering (Process flow chart, DFA/DFM, PFMEA, control plan, risk management, FOR/CTQ, Participate Jip/equipment design review, line arrangement, working instruction, releasing reports, testing reports, trail run reports etc) . Lead the technical review within project team to ensure product industrial realization successfully in quality, cost, time and manufacturability.
? Coordinate and lead process, manufacturing and assembly activities (prototyping, engineering building and production release etc.) for a production launch; Responsible for product and process root-cause analysis and rapid improvements for new product introduction, support defect % (PPM) and FCR (field call rate) investigation and improvement .
? Be the key person to understand product design concept, know-well principle, structure, manufacturing process, control and testing methodology, risk assessment and problem solving
? Be responsible to review CR (change request) from any department and feedback. Consequently, responsible to initiate, review, and execution of the XCP (product technical change proposals) and ECN during new product introduction and throughout lifecycle;
? Be responsible to be the owner to maintain correctness of BOM in Zhuhai production system; Responsible to create and maintain correctness of WI (working instruction) for operation

Job Qualifiations:
? Bachelor degree in electromagnetic tech, mechanical, electronic, automation engineering.
? > 10 years working experience in electromagnetic product design (R&D) and assembly experience. Automation experience will be nice to have but not the must.
? Knowledge in statistic, data analysis, process development
? Below experience will be value added:
       - Precise metal components manufacturing, coil, motor assembly.
       - Solenoid motor, solenoid valve experience
       - High frequency testing and resonance design experience, Ultrasonic welding and control knowledge.
