Responsibilities ：

1. Inquire the quotation from the qualified suppliers.

2. Follow costs and make cost comparison on the responsible area.

3. Indicators, following up the market price.

4. Make orders through ERP system.

5. Deal with the invoice and payments issue.

6. Deal with purchase request through ERP.

7. Auditing existing supplier.

8. Follows the order state, receipt and delivery in ERP.

9. Feedback handling, e.g. deal with unqualified products.

10. Supplier network, evaluating the qualified suppliers.

11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/managers.

Requirement & Qualification:

1. Colleague diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mental Material, Welding, Chemical Machinery

    or the same level is preferred .

2. More than 3 years’ working experience in heavy machinery manufacturing, especially construction or

    conveyor machine industry.

3. Good communication skill.

4. Familiar with the skills from purchasing, cost analysis, logistics, project management…

5. Fluent in oral English.

6. Good ability to read technical drawings.

6. Having the knowledge of ISO or Lean production.

7. Strong office tools skill, especially Excel and PPT.

8. Willingness to take more challenge in high performance driven orientation team.

9. Transparent, Honest, Team Spirit, Cost Oriented and Open Minded.
