Is seeking a soldering tools technical sales/engineer manager

Job Description
South China sales manager with English and native Chinese.
Develop south china market (based in Shenzhen, key areas Guangdong, Sichuan Driving license and own car needed).
Establish relationship with key account such as Foxconn, Flextronics, Jabil, Huawei...
Requirement: proven working experience in Soldering
* Soldering manually and rework
* Area technology through hole (THT) and SMT
* Knowledge and standards certified IPC (J-STD-001 and IPC-7711)
* Valuation standards ESD and EOS

Job Objectives:
? Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales Advisor team
? Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
? Provide guidance of sales advisors daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies
? Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
? Manage Sales advisors team to ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
? Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales Advisor performance
? Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction

Other skills
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Team player.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Good planning and organizational skills

Proficiency in English oral and writing.
