Requirements:


§ You possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Marketing, Graphic Design, IT or related field.
§ You have least five years marketing experience in the Building Design and Construction industry.
§ Proven ability to implement and oversee relevant marketing activities.
§ Strong understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements.
§ Technical marketing skills regarding graphic design, content management and other relevant software applications.
§ Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
§ Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all Offices and Departments.
§ You are highly organized and self-motivated.
§ You maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the core values and focus on the needs of our clients.
