Administrator of showroom (to keep it ready any time for customer visits) & Guest schedule arrangement (Car & Hotel etc.)
Administrator of office management ; company activity holder
supporter on other HR & Adm function
Responsibilities, Duties and Task:
职责，任务说明
1. 1.Showroom management
a. Daily cleaning checking & maintenance of the showroom (to be ready for any customer visit)
b. Fill up fridge with drinks
c. Assist sales staff before/during/after customer visits (prepare drinks/fruits/cookies; keep the showroom clean d. maintain/update the customer visitor schedule
d. check all lighting fixtures (arrange repair or change of damaged ones)
e. Assist for annual showroom rebuild (get the items in time, manage product tags and all other tasks assigned from rebuild team)
2. office management/Environment maintenance
3. Guest schedule arrangement( Hotel & Ticket; Car arrangement)
4. Activity arrangement (Team building activity/Training activity etc.)
5. Other assignment by HR & Admin manager.
Requirements, professional experience for this position:
任职要求
1. local (customer visits are sometimes during weekends)
2. basic oral English
3. 2-3yrs relevant experience in Administration area ( preferable in the foreign enterprise of manufacturing company)
4. open minded, careful, independent, friendly, communicative
