Project Coordinator (Station in Shanghai)

Scope of duties:
? Sourcing and procuring of material
? Shop drawings preparation
? Material samples submission
? Coordination with client and landlord
? Manage sub-contractors and workers for execution of works
? Supervising site installations/ activities

Requirements:
? Degree holder in relevant discipline
? At least 5 years relevant experience in fitting out projects
? Able to write and read English, Fluent Putonghua is Must
? Responsible, initiative and able to work independently
? Proficiency and efficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD
? Need to station in Shanghai
? Immediate available is highly preferable
